Do you charge for your service?

We do not charge our customers for using our service. We are funded through commission payments made to us by suppliers every time we introduce a new customer to them.

How often are the prices updated?

Energy contract prices are updated as soon as we are notified by the supplier. Some suppliers give us prices which can remain unchanged for as much as 3 months, while other suppliers give us daily price changes. As soon as we receive these prices, they are updated on the site so that you can be confident that the prices shown are the ones that you will be charged by your supplier.

Who is my contract with?

Your contract for your energy is between you and the supplier.

How long does it take to switch suppliers?

Switching suppliers takes on average 4 to 6 weeks. However, various things can change this, for example if you are still in contract with another supplier, or if the new supplier does not have all information that they require to complete the switch.
